Marc has nearly 2 decades of experience in Law Enforcement. In that time he has served in many roles, including Mounted Unit Field Rider, Special Emergency Response Team Negotiator and Firearms Instructor.

He also served 6 years in the PA Air National Guard, 193d Special Operations Wing, Security Forces Squadron. Marc is a lifelong dog lover. He has been a foster and volunteer with Shepherd’s Hope German Shepherd Rescue, has done obedience training with working dogs who have gone on to serve as Law Enforcement K9s, and has extensive experience as a Law Enforcement K9 decoy.

Marc strongly supports and believes in the mission of ThrowAway Dogs. His leadership, creativity, and vision continue to contribute to the success of Throw Away Dogs and K9 Law and Order.
